Adopt/Commission TOS

Payment

🔳 USD currency |Payment via PayPal Invoice only or Ko-fi | No holds.🔳 Payment is non-refundable. If you demand a refund by filing a complaint, you'll get banned forever,add you in blacklist and lose access to the adoptables you requested refunds for. Also, I'll let everyone know about your actions. [Also see TOS about refund]🔳 After you've sent payment and received the complete files,once a payment is made it is non-refundable. it's not allowed to change your mind or cancel immediately. If you try to force a refund by filing a case, you'll get permanently banned. I'll show all the evidence proving I finished your files and close your dispute case. Troll bidders results to blacklist/ban/block.🔳Payment needs to be made within 24 hours. If not, I'll reach out to the next highest bidder or re-run the auction.

refunds

🔳You can only get refunds for YCH commissions, regular commissions, and customized adoptable commissions. Refunds will have deductions based on updates, time, files sent, line art, flat color bases, and the effort I've put in. You're not allowed to use my bases or updates in your references for other commissions, and I have the right to sell these poses since you canceled the commission.🔳 Once you've made a deal or bought adoptables from me and everything has been settled, refunds won't be possible. Remember, you agree to my terms when you purchase adoptables from me.🔳 You need to agree to the refund schedule we discussed because I need time to sell my adopts and commissions. The refund may take around 15 days to 1 month. I have bills and other essential expenses to manage. I'd suggest to not open a dispute case; instead, I'll directly send the refund as agreed.🔳 I can issue refunds if I decide to cancel it for my own reasons.

Rules on Adoptables/ YCH

🔳Due to my health, mental well-being, and personal real-life issues, commissions may take longer to complete. Please keep in touch or provide updates, and I'll be happy to give you progress updates.🔳Follow the rules and instructions given in the adoptable's description.🔳Only bid if you're certain you'll pay.🔳Be ready to pay if the person who disrupted your bet cannot cover it for some reason.🔳I don't accept new accounts. Your account on Furaffinity, Deviantart, Twitter, etc., should be at least 1-month-old. You need to share an active social media platform to verify you're not a scammer or troll bidder. Bids on Discord are accepted from trusted people only.

Files and Watermark

🔳Files will be sent via Discord,Gmail,Twitter,DeviantArt Sta.sh.🔳 Png Formats ( JPEG is fine upon request)🔳Full high resolution, Unwatermark, white,and transparent Background. ( Psd/Csp files are only provided for adopts that mention file tiers in the rules section.)

Usage Policy

🔳 You are not allowed to sell it for a higher price unless additional art is included.🔳 You cannot sell the design for a higher price than what you paid for it, even if you make changes to it.🔳 Feel free to modify the design, but refrain from altering the original artwork provided by me.🔳 Co-ownership is acceptable to me, but in the event of any dispute between co-owners, I won't intervene. Resolving conflicts among yourselves is your responsibility.

⚠️Engaging in the described actions is strictly forbidden, and this applies to both commissions and adoptables.⚠️

⚠️ Copying or tracing any of my artworks.
⚠️ Editing or cropping the images and merging them.
⚠️ Downloading the artwork to remove my signature.
⚠️ Trying to sell the artwork/adoptable after it has already been purchased andrightfully belongs to the owner is prohibited.
⚠️ Falsely assert authorship of the original design.
⚠️ Engaging in illegal activities.
⚠️ Stealing or claiming someone else's art as your own.
⚠️Claiming ownership of my client's OC's copyright.
⚠️Uploading the file elsewhere without the artist's consent.

I mark my sold adoptables with the watermark "SOLD," indicating that they have been purchased and now belong to their rightful owners.

Blacklisting

🔳 Everyone can see my blacklisted status.🔳 If you bid on an auction, you promise to buy. Canceling due to a change of heart isn't allowed and could lead to being blacklisted.🔳 If you act inappropriately—like manipulating bids, bullying, using bad language, or harassing others—you'll be banned right away.🔳 Disrespecting me or my art could lead to a ban or a loss of priority when buying any adopts on me.
